Help from a person

Optional paid help with PHP2Shell: patching servers with you, reading your host's answer, planning a move off an old PHP version. Scoped in writing, invoiced, working hours CET.

Everything you need to fix it yourself is free

The status, the branch pages and after patching contain everything we would tell a client. Most people need nothing else. This page is for when you would rather have someone do it with you.

What we do

  • Patch with you. We upgrade PHP on your servers over a shared session or with temporary access you grant, restart every worker and record the running versions. Linux servers with apt or dnf, Docker images, common control panels.
  • Read your host's answer. You forward what your hosting company said; we tell you whether it covers both CVEs and what to ask next.
  • Plan the move off PHP 8.2 or older. We look at your code and plugins and write down what breaks on 8.3 and how long fixing it takes.
  • Fleets. Agencies with many client sites: an inventory of servers and PHP versions, patched and documented.

What we do not do

  • Incident response or forensics. If you think you were attacked, you need a specialist; see recommendations.
  • 24/7 or emergency call-outs. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET.
  • Changes without a written scope.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you run, through the chat on the home page or by email. No passwords.
  2. We reply with a written scope and a fixed price, usually within one working day.
  3. You agree, we do the work, and we send an invoice afterwards.
