Namecheap and the PHP2Shell fix

The host says it is installing the fix now.

What Namecheap says

Namecheap status post '[ONGOING] PHP Security Vulnerability affecting Hosting Services' (21 Oct 2026) names PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619). It says protective mitigations were deployed first, then rollout of the patched PHP releases began; at 12:50 PM EDT it said public services are mitigated and final patching continues. VPS and dedicated server owners manage their own PHP and must update. The post names no fixed version numbers.

What you need to do
